Hi There,
This month we're expanding Overe's deep scan capabilities — giving you clearer visibility into Intune posture, more control over what shows up in your reports, and you can get your hands onto something we've been building behind the scenes with GSO. Here's what's new 👇 |
Add Exceptions to your Deep Scan reports |
🔍 Exclusion Profiles — Clean Up Your Scan Reports This one comes straight from your feedback. We've heard it from multiple partners: you trust the Deep Scan results, but when you're exporting a report to share with a customer, you don't want known entities — apps you've already assessed, service accounts you manage, break-glass accounts — cluttering the findings and raising unnecessary questions. Exclusion Profiles solve that. You can now create a per-site exclusion list of entities — users, applications, or devices — that should be filtered out of your scan results. You can manage exclusions directly from the scan report itself (select an entity, add it to the profile) or from Site Configuration. Excluded entities won't count against your posture scores or appear in your findings, so your reports reflect what actually needs attention — not noise you've already accounted for. You can also provide context or justification for each exclusion, keeping an auditable record of why something was excluded, as well as schedule a review to re-assess those exclusion at a later date, to satisfy any compliance requirements you might have in this area. Exclusion Profiles apply to Deep Scans with this release, but we will be expanding that to reports, security tasks and action hub tasks too! |
Get immediate context in your Deep Scans with GSO |
🤖 Guided Security Operations (GSO) — Try It Out You might have spotted it, you might not — but Overe GSO is live and waiting for you. GSO is our AI-powered operating layer that turns scan results into prioritised, risk-weighted actions. Instead of a list of findings, you get a clear explanation of what's wrong, why it matters, and what's safe to change — helping your team act with more confidence and less guesswork. Right now, GSO is available as an early-access feature within Deep Scans. It works across all your tenants. We're expanding GSO across more areas of the platform over time — including alerts, investigations, and policy enforcement — but we wanted to give you a first look at where it's heading. You should see the banner at the top of Overe - 'Ctrl + Shift + A' to show the feature in the UI, then you can toggle it on for your tenant.

Intune posture now availble in Deep Scan |
💻 Intune Policy Coverage — Now in Deep Scans Following last month's release of Intune policy management, your Deep Scan reports now include an Intune Policy Coverage section.
When you run a scan, Overe will assess which Intune policies are deployed across a tenant, identify coverage gaps, and flag potential conflicts — right alongside your existing Conditional Access and M365 policy posture results. This means you get a single, unified view of a tenant's security posture across identity, access, and device management — without switching tools. Full policy-level detail will also be surfaced in the Policy Screen in the next release. |
