Please note that while we reserve the right to change our prices, any commitment you make to a pricing tier will be honoured for the duration of your 12-month contract.​


Minimum Seat Requirement

Each plan starts with a minimum of 50 seats polled across all your customers/sites.

Commitment Tiers

Secure a price break by committing to a minimum tier. This allows you to scale services according to your business needs.

Overage Charges

Any usage beyond your committed tier is charged at a specified rate per month.

Contract Term

All pricing plans are based on a 12-month term, providing stability and predictability for your budgeting.​

Definition of a Billable User

We define a billable user based on the following criteria using data provided in Microsoft Entra:
​

  1. Standard Members: The user is classified as a "Member" (UserType) and the account must be active (AccountEnabled).

  2. Guest Administrators: The user is classified as a "Guest" (UserType), the account must be active (AccountEnabled), and the user must hold an administrative role (IsAdmin).
