OVO Beyond is our new Energy Savings Account.
Helping you take simple steps to reduce your energy bills today and our collective carbon footprint, tomorrow. The Beyond features and benefits will now be accessible within the main OVO app, compatible with both iOS and Android devices, to eligible customers. This enhanced version of the app provides users with valuable insights into their energy consumption, along with tailored energy-saving tips and recommendations, as well as exclusive offers and discounts on selected OVO products and services.
Eligible customers can immediately access Beyond, primarily targeted towards existing customers. However, new customers will gain access after ninety (90) days from their supply start date.
Notably, customers currently in the process of switching away from OVO Energy or who have recently informed us of their departure will not have access to Beyond.
