We are sunsetting our Turbo Boost product this July

This means that from July, you'll no longer be able to subscribe to or restore a Turbo subscription in the OVO Charge app.

What this means for Turbo Boost users

We’ll be moving all Turbo Boost customers automatically onto our Light Boost product, where you will get a 10% discount on all public charging rates, the same charging insights, and you will still have access to the route planner, for a cost of £2/ 2€ per month.

You will be downgraded onto Light, and this will come into effect at the end of your billing cycle, so you will get the full month of Turbo Boost that you’ve paid for. We’ll notify you when we’ve made this change.

Managing or cancelling your subscription

You will be able to see and manage your subscription in the app. If you wish to cancel Light you can do this by going to the “your plans” page, pressing “edit membership’ and clicking “cancel membership”.
