If you're seeing this, most likely you are working with a property manager who is overseeing the day-to-day operations of your rental property. That means that the property manager will set you up with your Owner Portal so that you can get an overview of your property - including financials, reports, and requests. How do you log into your Owner Portal though? Here's how.

The property manager will send you an invite to your Owner Portal via email. Be on the lookout for an email from them with the subject line, "Your Owner Portal is Ready!". When you click on it, it will look something like this:

When you receive this email, click the green "Accept Invitation" button which will open a new browser tab. What you'll now see is this:

Enter a password you'd like to use and then reenter the password to confirm it. Click Sign In when you're done. Once you click this, you'll be taken to your Owner Portal.
