Every feature in this release is designed to give you more flexibility, control, and an even better workout experience that fits your needs.
1. Swap To Even More Exercises
You can now choose from even more alternatives when swapping an exercise - whether the equipment is taken, a machine is out of order, or you're working around an injury.
Simply tap "Swap exercise" or the double arrow icon in your workout overview to browse 10 suggested alternatives, or search the full library using the search bar. Once swapped, the arrow icon fills in with a darker color so you always know what's been changed.
2. Add More Exercises to Your Workout
Sometimes you need to add a little extra to your session, whether it's a rehab exercise or something to complement your current workout. Tap "Add exercise" at the bottom of your workout overview to add any exercise from the existing exercise library.
3. Add More Sets
You can now add sets before or after your preset sets - whether you want to warm up or keep going. Simply tap the "Add set" button, which becomes active once you've completed all your preset sets.
4. Improved Rest Timer
Your rest timer now runs as a live activity, even when your screen is locked or you're in another app - and you'll get a notification as soon as your rest is over.
5. Workout Duration in Your Summary
You can now see your total workout duration in the post-workout summary - a feature many of you have been asking for.
6. Mark Cardio as Done - Without the Timer
You can now mark a cardio exercise as completed without running the timer - useful if you do your cardio separately, like walking to and from the gym or going for a run on your own.
7. OWNU Is Now Available in Swedish
The app is fully available in Swedish. To switch language click on Profile → Settings → Language
