After a client is added to Ownwell, they automatically receive their first Welcome email once the 7-day review period has passed. If you’d like to see it in your own inbox first, open any client record and click Send Test Email to send yourself a copy. This only sends a test version to you — it doesn’t affect when or how your client receives their email.
