Sending an introductory email to your client database before enrolling clients in the homeownership report can significantly boost open rates and engagement. This is because emails from third parties (like Ownwell) can sometimes land in the "Promotions" tab, while emails from you are more likely to appear directly in your clients' primary inboxes.

You can use the email template provided below and personalize it to fit your style.

Pro Tip: Some brokers boost engagement by including a sample report or recording a quick Loom video to walk through a dummy report.

No worries if some of your clients won't be enrolled right away - we’ve managed that expectation in the email template by saying, "Some of you will be receiving your first Ownwell report soon!"
