This means that Ownwell has identified multiple clients in the system with the same email address. We flag this as an issue for your review because we don’t know whether or not the client should receive a homeownership digest for each associated property/mortgage pair or not.
For example, a client may have obtained a mortgage from you for one home, sold that home, and obtained a new mortgage to purchase a new home. In that scenario, you wouldn’t want to send a homeownership digest to this client for the home that she no longer owns.
On the other hand, it could be that the client owns multiple homes, in which case you would want to send her a digest for each home.
As a reminder, each property/mortgage pair is currently tied to a separate Ownwell report. Later this year, we'll look to consolidate multiple properties and mortgages under a single report.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, search for the client in Ownwell, and open up each of the associated search results to determine whether or not both client records are valid. Archive any client records that are not valid (coming soon) so that they don’t count towards your client quota.
For clients that actually have multiple properties, you can send them a report for each one. However, you may wish to toggle off the "purchasing power" and "access equity" sections of the report (in the "manage content" section of the "digest preview" tab), since they won't take into account the multiple properties and mortgages. Once a section is toggled off, it will remain toggled off until it is toggled back on.
