Quick guide to country targeting.
Two modes only
Whole World (default) — shows to everyone.
Specific Countries — shows only to the countries you check (an inclusion list, ~240 countries with search)
There is no "Exclude Countries" option. To show everywhere except a few countries, check every country you do want, or use a second bar for the excluded regions.
How it detects location
Uses the country Shopify itself detects for the visitor — no extra setup needed.
Fixing "my country bar isn't showing"
Check your country is actually checked in the list.
Make sure the list isn't empty (empty list = shows to no one).
Remember: no exclude mode exists.
Try a different network — VPNs can confuse location detection.
