You can regenerate any single module's output from scratch using the Re-run Module button.
Steps
Navigate to the module you want to regenerate in the left Modules panel
In that module's workspace top bar, click Re-run Module
The module's output is regenerated from scratch — a Generating Content… spinner will appear while it runs
When should I re-run a module?
After editing ingestion inputs that affect that module
If the output didn't look right and you want a fresh pass
After uploading new files that change the analysis context
Does re-running affect other modules?
No — Re-run Module only regenerates the current module. To regenerate everything downstream, use Run All Modules from a later module or re-run each one individually.
