What does Module 1 (PA Foundation) do?

P
Written by PA-Team

Module 1.0 — PA Foundation defines the governing Psycho-Aesthetic framework, numbering logic, and data schema used across all downstream modules.

Why it runs first

Module 1 sets the structural baseline that every other module references. It always runs first when you click Start Analysis because everything downstream depends on it.

What it produces

A consolidated PA Research & Design Framework for the project — typically 78 steps covering Project Charter & Success Criteria, Brief Set (Design / Research / Experiment), Problem Statement & Opportunity Hypothesis, Stakeholder Map & RACI, Assumptions / Risks / Dependencies, Measurement Plan & KPIs, Governance / Versioning / Documentation Plan, and downstream Research, Synthesis, Key Attractors, Hero's Journey, and Design content.
