Sell tickets for in-person or online events directly on your Paage—workshops,
meetups, exclusive gatherings, and more.

Go to My Paage > + Add Block > Monetization > Event

You can sell two types of events:

  • In-person

  • Online

Additionally, you have the option to add an existing event.

1 – In person

Start by entering the event name, a short description, the price per person (if applicable), the location, date and time, and the event duration.

Note: Events can be free. In that case, Paage charges 0% transaction fees.

Next, you have the option to:

  • Prevent bookings X hours before the event starts: This feature is useful to avoid last-minute bookings.

  • Add a cover image or video to make your event more visually appealing.

  • Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar: This way, your bookings will be automatically synced to your calendar.

  • Limit attendees – Set both a minimum and a maximum number of participants.
By selecting a minimum, you'll have the option to cancel the event if the required number of attendees isn't reached.

  • Add an age restriction – Useful if your event is intended for adults only, or for a specific age group.

You've just completed the first steps—now click Continue to further customize your event.

  • Add Media
We recommend adding at least four images to make your event page more engaging. You can also upload videos and GIFs.
Simply click "+ Add media" to get started.

  • Tags
Just below the media section, you’ll find the Tags area, which helps categorize your event. You can choose from pre-made tags or create your own—feel free to add emojis to help your event stand out!

  • Description
Add more details about your event here. You can highlight titles or add hyperlinks to include more information.

  • Manage Dates
If your event happens on multiple dates, you can add them here.
Click "+ Add date", select the date and time, then click Save.

  • Views
You can view your event schedule in two formats: List or Calendar.

  • Location
Below, you can manage the map view by zooming in or out, depending on what you want your customers to focus on.
They will still have the ability to adjust the zoom themselves to find the exact location.

  • Additional Details
You can add more information here to reassure your customers.
We automatically generate default content, but everything can be edited to match your tone and needs.

  • Accessibility: This section helps inform your customers about the venue's accessibility features.

  • Refund Policy: It's useful to display your terms and conditions in case of cancellations.

  • Cancellation Policy: Clearly outline your cancellation rules so customers know what to expect.

Once everything is set up, click "Done" at the top of the page, and your event will go live on Paage.

You also have two design options to make your event stand out.

2 - Online

  • For online events, we automatically generate a video call link, which will be sent to your customers by email after payment. Both you and your customers will receive an email with all event details, including the date and time.

To enable this, just connect your calendar and select the option to generate the video call link.
