Selling Gift Cards through Paage is a simple and effective way to attract new guests, build loyalty, and boost your cash flow. With fixed or custom monetary amounts chosen by the buyer, Gift Cards give your customers the freedom to share your experiences or services in a flexible way.
For example, you could offer:

Seasonal or festive gift options for holidays and special occasions
Flexible-value cards perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or corporate gifts
A convenient way for loyal customers to introduce your venue to friends and family

Creating a Gift Card on Paage
Log in to your Paage dashboard.
Navigate to the Products >Vouchers section.
Click + New product.
Select Gift Card

General Info
1) Define a product name
2) Add a product description
3) Add tags
Add pre-made tags or create your own directly.
Tags are automatically saved once created, so you can build your own tag library and quickly reuse them on any product.
Once created, you can drag and drop tags to organize their order.
4) Usage scope
Here you can define where your gift card can be used.
If it can be used in person (for example, in a physical location such as a shop or restaurant), enter the address — we’ll automatically display a map for you.
When selecting In-person, a map will be shown and you can also add a note to give more details to your customers.
If you don’t have a physical location, you can add a custom usage scope instead. This information will appear at the top of the product page.
You can also allow the gift card to be used on your Paage, if you’re selling multiple products directly from your Paage.
5) Media
We recommend adding up to 5 media files — photos, GIFs, or videos.
Best ratio: 300×400 px | Max size: 20 MB
💡 Pro tip: Add a video as your first media item — it’s proven to attract more clicks and boost sales.
6) Product stories
Increase conversions by adding a video feed to your product page.
Add videos by connecting your Instagram, selecting from your Paage library (previously uploaded videos), or uploading directly from your device.
You can add up to 5 videos.
7) Additional details
You can add extra details to better guide and reassure your customers.
Consider enriching your product description with more information to answer potential buyer questions.
The Templates tab helps you quickly find and reuse additional details you've already used in previous products, so you can add them again in just one click.
8) Age restriction

1) Suggested amounts and Custom amount
By default, Paage suggests preset amounts, making it quick and easy to create your gift card — you can simply keep the suggested options enabled.
If you prefer more flexibility, you can also set your own custom amounts or even allow buyers to choose the exact value they’d like to gift.
2) Validity period
Choose how long your gift card will remain valid — you decide the duration.
3) Stock
You can either set a specific stock quantity or make your product available with unlimited stock.
Make sure to set a stock quantity — this field is required.
4) More
Allow multiple redemptions
Enable this option to let customers use their gift card multiple times until the full balance is spent.
Show tag when few products are left
We’ll display a specific tag on the product thumbnail to alert customers when only a few items remain in stock.
5) Purchase limit
Limit how many vouchers each customer can buy. This option lets you control the maximum number of vouchers a single customer can purchase for a specific product or offer.
It’s useful if you want to avoid bulk purchases, keep things fair, or maintain limited availability for special deals and promotions.
Included items
Include an item in your voucher and let customers enjoy it at no extra cost.
You can create a new item and, if you wish, save it as a template for future use.
The Templates tab helps you quickly find and reuse included items you've already used in previous products, so you can add them again in just one click.
Reviews
Add customers reviews to your product.
Want to highlight your happy customers? Just click + Add review and share real feedback from people who’ve already bought from you.
Beneficiary page
The Beneficiary page is the page the person receiving the voucher will see. You can customize its look and what information is shown.
You can add your terms of use and contact information.
You can also display a booking module. This option is especially useful if you offer redeemable experiences such as restaurant meals, hotel stays, or wellness activities.
Manage your Gift Card
--> Once you’ve finished creating your gift card, click “Publish” in the top-right corner to make it live.
You can find all your gift cards under Products → Vouchers.
They’re easy to spot thanks to the violet “Gift card” tag displayed next to them.
From here, you can:
Open your product page URL in a new tab
Copy the URL
Click “...” to edit the product page, unpublish your product, or delete it entirely
Add your Gift Card to your home page
You can easily showcase your gift card directly on your home page.
To do so, go to My Paage → Home, then click + Add block and select Voucher.
From there, choose Show online voucher, select your product and click Add 1 product — your gift card will instantly appear on your home page, making it visible and accessible to your visitors.
Once your gift card is published and added to your home page, you can easily adjust its layout, remove it from your home, or edit its details at any time.
A product that’s pinned on your home page can also be pinned on any other page you create on Paage.
