The Audience section helps you understand, organize, and communicate with the people who interact with your page.
It includes three main areas:

  • Profiles

  • Lists

  • Emails

Below is a complete guide to each feature.

Profiles

The Profiles tab shows everyone in your audience.

You’ll see:

  • Total profiles

  • Subscribers

  • Customers

Each profile displays:

  • Email

  • Added date

  • Location

  • Source (e.g., Imported, File download, Order...)

You can filter by:

  • Customers

  • Subscribers

  • Source

You can also search by name or email.

Profile view

To open a profile, simply click on it. You’ll then see all available details about that profile, including general information, shipping and billing addresses, orders, and activity.

You can click the “…” menu in the top-right corner to edit or delete the profile.

Add a new profile

Click + Add profile (top-right) to create a profile manually.

Settings

Click the settings wheel icon to configure and personalize the columns visible in the list.

Export data

Click the download arrow icon to export your profile database to a CSV file. You can apply filters to customize the export.

Lists

Lists let you group your audience for targeted communication.

There are two types:

Static Lists

A fixed list of profiles that does not update automatically.
Ideal for manually curated groups (VIPs, event attendees, etc.)

Dynamic Lists

A list that updates daily based on a set of conditions.
Example dynamic lists:

  • Subscribers

  • Customers

  • All profiles

  • Custom filters (location, source, attributes…)

Create a new list

  1. Click New list

  2. Choose Static or Dynamic

  3. (If dynamic) Set your conditions

  4. Save
