You can quickly add multiple contacts to your Paage audience by uploading a CSV file. This is especially useful if you already have a list of subscribers or customers you want to import into Paage.
Step 1 — Go to the Contacts section
Open your Paage dashboard
In the left menu, click Audience
Select Contacts
You’ll land on the Contacts page where all imported and collected profiles are displayed.
Step 2 — Upload your CSV file
On the top right of the page, click Add contact
Select Import CSV
Choose the CSV file from your computer
Confirm the upload
Paage will automatically upload your file and prepare it for import.
Step 3 — Choose the delimiter
Select the delimiter used in your CSV file:
Comma
Semicolon
Tab
Pipe
If your CSV file includes column headers, tick the box:
✅ First row contains column names
Then click Continue.
Note: At this stage, you can also cancel the import or delete the uploaded file to go back and upload a different CSV.
Step 4 — Set up variables
Match your imported columns with the corresponding Paage variables.
Email is the minimum required variable.
You can also match additional fields depending on your file.
Once everything is correctly matched, click Import contacts.
Step 5 — Check your imported contacts
Once the import is complete:
Your new contacts will appear in the Profiles table
The Source column will display Imported
You can search contacts using the search bar (email or name)
Troubleshooting: File upload issues
If your import fails, make sure:
Your file is in .csv format
Emails are correctly written (example:
name@email.com)The file includes at least one valid column (email required)
There are no empty rows or extra separators

✅ That’s it! Your audience is now ready to be used for email campaigns and sales flows in Paage.
