How to add team members to your Paage

Invite team members to collaborate on Paage

You can invite team members to access and manage your Paage, whether it’s a teammate, a staff member, or someone who only needs view-only access.


Why add team members?

Adding people to your Paage allows you to:

  • Let multiple team members manage your Paage

  • Give staff access without sharing your login details

  • Provide view-only access to accountants, partners, or collaborators

It’s secure, simple, and built for collaboration.


How it works

📦 Availability

This feature is only available for Pro users.

Here’s how it works depending on your plan:

  • Free / Basic / Plus

    • Maximum members: 1

    • ❌ No add-ons available

  • Pro

    • Maximum members included: 2

    • ➕ Additional members available as add-ons

    • 💳 $9/month per additional user


👥 Inviting a new member

Inviting someone to your Paage takes just a few seconds:

  1. Go to Settings → People

  2. Click Invite

  3. Choose their role:

    • Owner – Full access to manage the Paage

    • Viewer – View-only access

  4. Send the invite 🚀

Once the invite is sent, you’ll see a new status on your account:
“Invite sent”

When the invited member accepts, they’ll instantly gain access based on the role you selected.
Their status will automatically update to “Active” in your account.


➕ Adding more members (Pro plan)

The Pro plan includes 2 team members by default.

Once you reach this limit, you can add more members by:

  1. Clicking Add members

  2. Selecting the number of additional users

  3. Confirming the update to your subscription
