How to create a Gallery page

A Gallery Page lets you showcase your photos, videos and visuals in a clean, curated layout.

Written by Jules Agar

It's ideal for:

  • photographers and creatives sharing their portfolio

  • brands showcasing products or lookbooks

  • creators sharing exclusive content with their audience

  • anyone who wants to present visuals in a beautiful, dedicated page

Each media item appears in a gallery grid that visitors can browse directly from your Paage.

Create a Gallery Page

You can create a Gallery Page directly from My Paage.

Option 1 — From "Create new page"

  1. Go to My Paage

  2. In the Create new page section

  3. Click Gallery

Option 2 — From "+ New page"

  1. Go to My Paage

  2. Click + New page in the top right

  3. Under Share content

  4. Select Gallery

The Gallery editor will open.

Add media to your gallery

To display visuals in your gallery, you need to add media items.

  1. In the Media list tab, click + Add media

  2. Choose your source: My library, Upload, Unsplash or Giphy

  3. Select or upload your file

  4. Click Done

The media will appear as a tile in your gallery grid.

💡 Tip: You can add photos, GIFs or videos. Use Unsplash for free high-quality stock images, or Giphy for animated content.

Customize the gallery design

Click Style at the top of the editor to customize your Gallery Page.

This opens the style panel, where you can control the visual appearance of your gallery.

Style options

Apply Home Theme

Enable Apply Home Theme to apply the same design as your main Paage.

This keeps your pages visually consistent.

Layout

Choose how your media items are arranged in the grid.

You can adjust:

  • Number of columns

  • Gap between items

  • Aspect ratio of each tile

Preview style

Control how media items appear when a visitor clicks on them.

Options include:

  • Lightbox — opens the image in a full-screen overlay

  • Link — redirects to a URL when clicked

Background & colors

You can customize:

  • Background color of the page

  • Text color

  • Font used on the page

This lets you match the design of your Gallery Page with your brand.

Control who can access your gallery

Click Access in the left sidebar to manage visibility settings.

Three options are available:

Code Require visitors to enter a 4-digit code to view the page.

Collect email Require visitors to subscribe to your newsletter before accessing the gallery.

Sensitive content Show a confirmation screen asking visitors to confirm they are okay viewing potentially sensitive content.

Preview your Gallery page

Before publishing, you can check how the page will look to visitors.

At the top of the editor you can:

  • Click Preview to see the page as your visitors will

  • Save it as a Draft

  • Click Publish when you're ready

When in preview mode, click Exit preview to return to the editor.

Page options (••• menu)

Next to the Preview and Publish buttons, you'll see a three-dot menu (•••).

You can:

Edit slug Modify the page URL used in the link.

Rename Change the name of your Gallery page.

💡 Tip: Changing the slug updates the URL used to access the page, so make sure to update any links if the page has already been shared.

Share your Gallery page

Click Share in the left sidebar to access sharing options.

Share link Copy the direct URL to your gallery

Add to Home Add this page to your bio as a link block so visitors can find it directly from your main Paage.

Embed in web page Add your gallery to any website using an embed code.

Share via email Send the page directly to your audience by email.

Publish your Gallery Page

Once you are satisfied with your page, click Publish.

You'll then see two publishing options:

Publish and add to Home Publish the page and add a link to it directly from your Home page. This makes the Gallery Page easily accessible to visitors from your main Paage.

Publish Publish the page as a standalone page with its own URL. Visitors will be able to access it directly via its link.

Once published, your Gallery Page will be live and accessible to your audience. 🚀
