It's ideal for:
consultants and coaches booking calls or sessions
artists offering commissions or art direction sessions
creators selling paid 1:1 time with their audience
anyone who wants to turn their availability into bookable, paid appointments
Each appointment appears as an event type that visitors can book directly from your Paage, with your own pricing, availability, and booking rules.
Create an Appointment page
You can create and manage your Appointment page directly from My Paage.
Go to Paage
Click Appointment
Click + New event
The event editor will open, with a Configure tab and a Preview tab.
Set up General info
In the General info tab, fill in:
Event name — e.g. "Commission Consultation", "VIP Art Direction"
Description — explain what the appointment includes
URL — customize the page slug (defaults to paa.ge/appointment)
Duration — how long the appointment lasts (e.g. 30 min, 45 min, 90 min)
Location
Choose how the appointment takes place:
Online — select your video-call software
In-person
Phone call
Custom
Add to calendar
Choose which calendar new bookings should be added to. This defaults to your account calendar, but you can override it for this event type only.
💡 Tip: You can create several event types with different durations and prices — e.g. a free 30-minute consultation and a paid 90-minute VIP session.
Set your Availability
Click Availability to configure when you're open for bookings.
Choose a working hours schedule (or set a custom one for this event type)
Set your hours for each day of the week — mark days as Unavailable if you don't take bookings then
Your timezone is displayed at the bottom — click Edit availability to fine-tune it further
Set up Payment
Click Payment to decide whether this event is free or paid.
Toggle Payment on to charge for the appointment
Set your Price
Choose the applicable VAT rate (0%, 2.1%, 5.5%, 10%, 20%, or Other)
Optionally enable a Discount price
Leave Payment off to offer a free appointment (e.g. a free intro call).
Set Limits
Click Limits to protect your schedule.
Buffer times — add buffer time before or after booked events
Max bookings — limit how many times this event can be booked
Customize the Booking form
Click Booking form to choose what information you collect from attendees.
By default, the form includes:
Name (short text)
Email address
You can also toggle on:
Phone — collect a phone number
Add guest — let attendees add multiple emails
Additional notes — a long text field for extra context
Click + Add question to create a custom question:
Choose an Input type (e.g. Short text)
Add a Label and, optionally, a Placeholder
Toggle Make this field required if needed
Click Add
Add Extras
Click Extras to sell upgrades or add-ons alongside your event — for example, an extended session or a physical deliverable.
Click + Add extra to create one.
Add Reviews
Click Reviews to add customer reviews to your appointment page and build trust with new visitors.
Click + Add review to add one manually.
Preview and publish your Appointment page
Before publishing, click the Preview tab at the top to see exactly how your page will look to visitors — appointment types, prices, and durations are all displayed automatically.
When you're ready:
Click Save draft to keep working on it later
Click Publish to make the event bookable
Manage your bookings
Once published, all bookings appear under the Bookings tab.
Filter by Upcoming, Status, or Type
Search a specific booking using the search bar
Switch between calendar and list view
Share your Appointment page
From the More section in the left sidebar, you can:
View public page — open your Appointment page as visitors see it
Copy public page link — share the direct URL anywhere (bio, emails, social)
Once published, your Appointment page will be live and ready to take bookings. 🚀
