Each of your Studio orders comes with a corresponding Studio invoice. This invoice covers the production and shipping costs of your order.
Please note: the invoice is only available once your order has been produced, not before.
You can find and download your invoice using one of the methods below:
From the Studio Orders Dashboard
Navigate to Printiverse studio > Orders and locate the order you’re looking for.
Click on the “three dots” icon at the right end of the order line to open more actions.
Select “Download invoice” — the download will start automatically.
From the Studio Order Detailed Page
Navigate to Printiverse studio > Orders and locate the order you’re looking for.
Click on the order.
In the top-right corner of the Summary tab, click on the three dots.
Select “Download invoice” — the file will download automatically.
