How to enable hand delivery (or “in person” delivery)

Enabling hand delivery

  • Navigate to Store > Products > + New Product.

  • While setting up a product or editing an existing one, scroll to the shipping options.

  • Click on “Allow hand delivery” to enable this feature for the specific product.

Configuring delivery options

  • Set delivery location: Specify the city where you can meet customers for hand delivery. This helps ensure that only customers in or near this location can select hand delivery at checkout.

  • Set shipping fees: When hand delivery is enabled, shipping fees will automatically be set to €0 to reflect the lack of shipping costs.

  • Click on "Save change".

Editing Delivery Location

  • To change the location where you accept hand deliveries, go to Store > Settings > Checkout. Here you can update your preferred city or add additional details about the delivery spots.
