Selling price

This corresponds to the price you set in the pricing modal when uploading your product onto your shop. If you need help with pricing, head to the article bellow.

Total selling price

This is the total price your client is paying. This represents selling price + shipping costs. Shipping costs can be simulated based on the country of delivery using the drop menu. They are computed automatically based on your product and you can’t modify them.

Production + Shipping

  • Production costs are the costs bared by you for the production of your products. For example, an A4 print with HAHNEMÜHLE paper costs 11€.

  • Shipping is paid by your customers directly at checkout. It is included in the total selling price. For example, for a Europe based client and an A4 print, shipping costs will amount to 6,90€. You have the possibility to simulate costs for different shipping zones.

Production& shipping are deducted from the total selling price.

Lama transaction fees

Based on your subscription, we charge 8% (Starter plan), 3% (Mild plan) or 0% fees (Spicy plan) on each sale you make through your shop. Please visit our Pricing page to explore our plans.

This percentage is also deducted from the total selling price.

Credit card processing fees (Stripe)

For each sale you made, Stripe apply fees. Fees are from 1.5% + 0.25ct for each transaction. Learn more from Stripe here.
