Go to Appearance > Message banner.
You have the possibility to leave a message banner on your Paage to promote a specific message to your visitors.
It's a "Premium" feature.
First, click on "Activate banner"
Once activated, you can customize it. Here are the available options:
Select your background color
Write the message you want to be displayed
"Settings" : decide to show a dismiss button or not to close the banner.
