When the status of your sale is "Confirmed", it means that an "Order"confirmation email has been sent to your customer.
Go to Store > Sales.
To track your sale's status.
You can track the status of your sale as the production start.
When the status of your sale is "Delivered", it means that a "Shipping" confirmation email has been sent to your customer.
