The Studio orders dashboard

The Studio Orders Dashboard allows you to:

  • Create new Studio orders

  • View your full list of Studio orders

  • Track their fulfillment status

  • Access detailed information for each order

To access the Studio Orders Dashboard, simply go to Printiverse Studio > Orders.

Dashboard – General Presentation

In your Orders Dashboard, the table is organized into several columns:

  1. Order number – Displays the unique reference number of the order.

  2. Date – Shows the dates on which you processed the order.

  3. Customer – Indicates the final customer to whom the order is shipped (if you ordered for yourself, your own name will appear here).

  4. Total amount – The total you paid for the order, including shipping.

  5. Shipping country – The destination country of the order.

  6. Source – The origin of the order.

  7. Fulfillment status – Displays the current fulfillment status of the order (see details below).

At the top of the table, you can also search for a specific order or filter orders by fulfillment status or source.


Studio Order Fulfillment Status

Depending on your order’s status, different tags will appear in your dashboard:

  • Missing payment

  • In production

  • Shipped

  • Partially shipped

  • Delivered

  • Ready at Studio

1. Order confirmed

Your order has been confirmed and the Printiverse Studio will start production soon.
➡️ Since production hasn’t started yet, you can still cancel your order if needed.

You’ll receive an email once production begins.


2. Order in production

Your order is now being produced and will be shipped shortly.
➡️ At this stage, you can no longer cancel or refund the order.

You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once it has been shipped.


3. Order partially shipped

Part of your order has been shipped, but not all items were sent in the same package.
➡️ You can track delivery using the tracking link provided.

The remaining items will be shipped in a separate package.


4. Order shipped

Your order has been shipped and will be delivered soon.
➡️ Track its delivery using the tracking link provided.

  • Manual dropshipping: If you processed this order manually and shipped it directly to a customer, don’t forget to forward the tracking link to them (we don’t send any email on your behalf, though some carriers may do so automatically).

  • Automatic dropshipping: If this order was generated from a sale on your Paage Store, no action is required — emails with tracking details are sent automatically to your customer.


5. Order delivered

Your order has been delivered and is now complete.


6. Missing payment

You made a sale on Paage, but your order could not be processed because your payment details are missing.

To fix this, simply open your order and add your bank information so Printiverse can fulfill it.

Alternatively, you can update your payment details by going to:
Printiverse Studio > Settings > Billing > Edit payment details.


More Actions

By clicking the “three dots” icon at the right end of an order line, you can access additional actions.

  • Manual Studio orders (processed by you):

    • As long as the order has not entered production, you can cancel it. Delivery tracking and the production invoice won’t be available yet.

    • Once the order enters production, it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

    • As soon as the Studio ships your order, you’ll be able to track delivery and download the production invoice.

  • Automatic Paage Store orders:

    • Options will differ, as these orders are generated automatically when a customer makes a purchase in your store.

Automatic Studio order (processed through your Paage)

  • Before shipping: As long as the order has not yet been shipped, the only available action is Go to Paage sale. Delivery tracking and the production invoice are not available at this stage.

  • After shipping: Once the Studio has shipped the order, you’ll be able to Go to Paage sale, Track delivery and Download invoice.
