This report will give you a list of client appointments, with extended information.

Additionally, you will have information such as: Service Category, Service, Patient ID, Employee, Client, Appt Notes, Appt Date, Appt Time, Room, and Location.

With this report you will have information about your clients that possess or not possess all of the mentioned above.


  • Service Category - The category under which the booked service is.

  • Service - The booked service.

  • Patient ID - The ID of the patient within the system.

  • Employee - The employee who will perform the treatment.

  • Client - The name of the client.

  • Appt Notes - Notes of the appointment, for example, if the client is allergic to any meds.

  • Appt Date - The date of the appointment.

  • Appt Time - The time of the appointment.

  • Room - The room on which the treatment will be performed.

  • Location - The location where the treatment will be performed.
