About the role

As our Accounting & Bookkeeping Assistant, you support our finance team in the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing fitness company. You'll work closely with management and our tax advisor to keep our books clean and our processes sharp – fully remote, fully digital.

Key responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions).

  • Review, categorize, and file invoices and receipts.

  • Coordinate with our tax advisor and internal teams.

  • Assist with monthly reporting and closing processes.

  • Help maintain and improve our digital finance workflows.

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in a degree programme in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or similar (for Werkstudent applications).

  • Fluent in German and English – both written and spoken.

  • Confident using digital tools.

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable – especially when working independently and remotely.

  • First experience in bookkeeping is a plus, but not required.

What sets you apart

  • You are digitally native and pick up new tools quickly.

  • You work proactively and don't wait to be asked twice.

  • You care about accuracy and take ownership of your tasks.

  • You want to grow with a company, not just tick boxes.
