If you're looking to exchange your prizes to crypto, the process is super straightforward, just make sure your items are in your Cart first!
🛒 Step 1: Go to Your Cart
Log in to your account at packdraw.com/en/account
Click the "Cart" icon at the top right corner of the page.
💰 Step 2: Select Items to Withdraw
Once inside your Cart:
Check the boxes beside the items you want to exchange for crypto
Click the "Withdraw" button.
💡 Please note: The minimum amount required in your Cart to exchange for crypto is $15.00 USD. You’ll need at least this amount to proceed with the request.
🪙 Step 3: Choose Crypto & Enter Wallet Details
After you click “Withdraw”:
A pop-up window will appear
Select your cryptocurrency (e.g., ETH)
Enter your crypto wallet address
Click “Ethereum” or your selected crypto option
Processing times may vary. In most cases, these are confirmed in less than 15 minutes. Please allow up to 24 hours for the requests to be completed & confirmed.
⚠️ Important Reminders
✅ Only items in your Cart are eligible to be exchanged into crypto.
⏳ Items tied to unopened packs, bonuses, or ongoing battles must be completed before they can be moved to your Cart.
🧠 Double-check your wallet address, crypto transactions are final & cannot be reversed.
