Keeping your PackDraw account secure is really important, and turning on Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is one of the best ways to do that. It adds an extra layer of protection by asking for a special code from your phone whenever you log in.

Here’s how to set it up:

✅ Getting Started

Go to your Security Page here:

1️⃣ Click “Two-Factor Authentication"

Once you’re on the page, simply click on “Enable Two-Factor Authentication” to begin. This will generate a QR code.

2️⃣ Download an Authenticator App

If you don’t have one, we recommend Google Authenticator. It’s free and easy to use.

You can download it from:

After installing the app, open it and scan the QR code shown on your Security Page.

The codes could look like this:

💡 A Few Quick Tips (to avoid common issues)

Start Fresh

If you notice multiple “PackDraw” entries already saved in your authenticator app, it’s best to delete them and start fresh. Having old entries can cause code errors.

QR Code Not Working?

No worries! Just choose “Enter a setup key” in the app instead.

You’ll see a long code (letters and numbers) on your Security Page, simply copy and paste it into the app.

Invalid Code?

If you received an “OTP not valid” error, the code may have expired, so simply wait for your authenticator to generate a new code and enter it again. We suggest using your mobile phone to copy the code and immediately paste it using your mobile browser; this works most of the time.
