1. Sell (Convert to Balance)
If you want to keep playing, you can instantly convert your items into site balance.
How it works: Click the Sell button to convert selected items.
Usage: Use this balance to participate in all products, including Battles, Packs, Deals, and Draws.
Important: Once sold, items cannot be recovered. A warning will appear to ensure you want to proceed. Your balance is credited immediately.
2. Claim (Physical Shipping)
You can have your prizes shipped directly to your home address.
Eligibility: This option is currently available for US and Canada customers only.
Minimum Value: To be eligible for shipping, each individual item must have a value of $15 or more.
Availability: Click the "Claimable Items" button to see which prizes are in stock. Some items may be unavailable due to supply.
Timeline: Ensure your shipping details are accurate. It typically takes 2–3 weeks for items to be shipped to your address.
3. Split (Create Vouchers)
If you want to break down a larger item into smaller values, you can use the Split option.
How it works: Select the item you wish to split. The item will be divided equally into two (2).
Outcome: These will appear in your cart as two separate vouchers with equal amounts.
Example: If you split a $15 item, you will receive two $7.50 vouchers in your cart.
4. Exchange (Swap Items)
You can trade your current items for different ones in our inventory based on their value.
The Rule: Your new selection must be equivalent to or lower in value than the items you are exchanging.
Remaining Value: If the new item costs less than your original prize (e.g., exchanging a $100 item for a $90 item), the remaining $10 will be automatically credited to your site balance.
