My order is taking too long to fulfill

We understand how important fast processing is for our Prestige Club members and High-Priority users. While your status does give you faster service, there are times when orders may take longer than usual. Here’s why this can happen and what to expect.

Does High-Priority status guarantee instant processing?

Not always.

High-Priority status significantly reduces your wait time, but it doesn’t guarantee a strict 5–10 minute delivery window. In most cases, it’s very fast — but certain factors can affect processing speed.


When delays can happen

1. Peak times & events

During large in-game events, promotions, or high-traffic periods, the order volume increases dramatically.

Even priority orders may experience slightly longer wait times (up to 1 hour) during these spikes.

2. Other priority orders in progress

Your order is placed at the front of the queue, but if several VIP or High-Priority orders are already being processed, we must complete those first.

This ensures fairness to all members with Priority roles.

3. Fair queue management

While your status always gives you a major advantage, we manage VIP queues carefully so every Prestige Club member receives equal treatment.


How High-Priority Still Benefits You

Even when delays happen, High-Priority users still receive significantly faster service than regular users.

  • High-Priority wait time: usually 5–10 minutes, sometimes up to 1 hour during peak periods

  • Regular user wait time: can be several hours in high-demand situations

Your priority ensures you’re always next in line once any ongoing VIP orders finish.
