If you have a charge on your card from PACKTRACK or your finance tells you to retrieve an invoice for a charge from PACKTRACK you can look in two locations. The charge is either for your handler subscription (SEE I NEED A RECEIPT/INVOICE) or it could be for a handler that you supervise.
To retrieve the INVOICE/RECEIPT for a handler you supervise follow the below instructions.
Log into PACKTRACK and change your role to SUPERVISOR.
Click on MANAGE in the left side navigational bar
Click on the three dots to the far right of the handlers names
Click on BILLING in the Menu that appears
Click on BILLING PORTAL and then INVOICES.
You will be able to retrieve all invoices for each handler. Paid invoices and open/unpaid invoices.
