Managing a padel club requires clear policies to ensure smooth operations. This guide explains how different policies work, making it easy for club managers to handle bookings, cancellations, payments, and refunds

Booking Policies

Allowed Booking Durations

Club managers can set the allowed duration for court reservations. The available options are:

  • Padel: 60, 90, or 120 minutes

  • Tennis: 60, 90, or 120 minutes

Book Ahead Limit

Players can book a court up to 10 days in advance, or any other limit set by the club. This setting allows managers to control how far in advance players can make reservations, helping balance demand and prevent excessive early bookings.

Booking Cancellation Allowed

Players can cancel their bookings if necessary. This gives them flexibility while ensuring courts don’t go unused.

Booking Cancellation Time

Players must cancel their booking at least 6 hours before the scheduled time to allow other members to book the slot.

Booking Restriction

This feature is currently disabled, meaning players can book courts freely without additional time-based restrictions.

Booking Confirmation Note

Managers can set up a custom note that will be emailed to players when their booking is confirmed. This can be used to provide important instructions or policies.


Event Policies

Event Cancellation Allowed

Players who have signed up for an event can cancel their participation if needed.

Event Cancellation Time

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before the event starts to ensure proper planning.


Training Policies

Training Cancellation Allowed

Players can cancel their training sessions if they are unable to attend.

Training Cancellation Time

Training session cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance.


Open Match Policies

Book Ahead Limit

Players must create matches at least 72 hours before the start time. This ensures enough time for others to join.

Pending Payment Cutoff

Once a match is created, invited players have 24 hours to complete their payment and confirm their participation.

Booking Cancellation Time

Players must cancel their match booking at least 24 hours before the match starts.

Book Court on Match Creation

When a match is created, club managers can require players to choose one of the following payment options:

  • Half payment at match creation, with the rest paid later.

  • Full payment at match creation.

  • Full payment only when all players have completed their payment.

This flexibility allows managers to choose what works best for their club.


Wallet Policies

Wallet for Club

The club wallet feature is enabled, meaning players can store funds in their account for faster transactions. This can be used for bookings, events, and other payments.


General Refund Policies

Booking Refund Rule

If a player cancels their booking, they will receive a refund of the full amount minus the platform fee. Refunds will be processed to their bank account.

Event Refund Rule

If a player cancels their event participation, they will receive a refund of the full amount minus the platform fee. Refunds will be processed to their bank account.

Training Refund Rule

If a player cancels their training session, they will receive a refund of the full amount minus the platform fee. Refunds will be processed to their bank account.
