Club administrators have access to different charts and reports that help them analyze revenue, court bookings, and cancellations. Below is a simple explanation of each chart shown in the reports section.

Charts Available in Reports

Total Revenue Chart

This chart displays the total revenue generated from all court bookings, events, and training sessions over a selected period. It helps admins track earnings and identify revenue trends.

Occupancy per Day Chart

This chart shows the total number of hours booked versus the total available court hours each day. It helps in understanding how well courts are being utilized.

Occupancy Percent per Day Chart

This chart visualizes the percentage of total available court hours that were booked. It helps in identifying busy and slow days to optimize scheduling and pricing.

Revenue per Booking Date Chart

This chart shows the revenue based on the date a booking was made. It helps track when players are paying for bookings and analyze sales trends.

Revenue per Play Date Chart

This chart displays the revenue based on the actual date of play. It helps in understanding which days generate the most income for the club.

Reservations per Booking Date Chart

This chart shows the total number of bookings made on each day. It helps track when players are making their reservations, providing insights into booking patterns.

Reservations per Play Date Chart

This chart displays the total number of bookings based on the date of play. It helps track how busy the courts are on different days.

Cancellations per Booking Date Chart

This chart shows the number of bookings that were canceled based on when they were originally booked. It helps in identifying patterns of cancellations and understanding if cancellations are happening shortly after bookings are made.
