Workflow actions in Pageport determine what happens to a lead after they enter a workflow. Actions allow you to automate key tasks like sending emails, adding leads to lists, updating fields, or assigning tasks. This guide provides an overview of the available actions and how to use them effectively.
To start, log in to Pageport and navigate to Workflows.
Note: You must add a trigger before you can add an action.
1. Click the rounded plus to add a new action
2. Click the Action name dropdown and select your action
Here are some actions you can select:
Add note
Add tag
Add to list
Add to sequence
Assign owner
Assign video page
Create task
Internal notification
Quick call
TapText
Remove from sequence
Remove tag
Send email
Send SMS
Update lead
Upload to CRM
Wait
3. Fill out the editor on the right side for the action you select.
Make sure to click Create after you've selected your action.
