Workflow actions in PagePort define what happens to a lead after they enter a workflow. Actions allow you to automate key tasks like sending emails, adding leads to lists, updating fields, or assigning tasks based on the conditions you set. By using actions strategically, you can ensure your workflows are tailored to your processes and drive meaningful engagement with your leads. This guide provides an overview of the available actions and how to use them effectively.

To start, log in to Pageport and navigate to Workflows to create (or edit) a workflow. After you've added a trigger, you can add actions.

1. Click the rounded plus to add a new action

Click on add

2. Click the Action name dropdown and select your action

Click on Send email

Here are some actions you can select:

  • Add note

  • Add tag

  • Add to list

  • Add to sequence

  • Assign owner

  • Assign video page

  • Branch

  • Create task

  • internal notification

  • Quick call

  • TapText

  • Remove from sequence

  • Remove tag

  • Send email

  • Send SMS

  • Update lead

  • Upload to CRM

  • Wait

3. Fill out the editor on the right side for the action you select.

Make sure to click Create after you've selected your action.

Click on Send email…

4. You can add multiple actions to your workflow for more complex processes.
