Overview of Workflow Branches

Learn about workflow branches and how to use them to automate your processes effectively based on conditional criteria that you set.

Updated over 4 months ago

Workflow branches in Pageport allow you to create conditional paths within a workflow, ensuring that each lead follows the best course of action based on specific criteria. By setting up filters, you can check if a lead meets certain conditons - if none of the criteria is met, you can direct the workflow to another branch or simply end the process. This guide provides an overview of how to use workflow branches to add flexibility and precision to your automation.

To start, login to Pageport and navigate Workflows to create (or edit) a workflow. After you've added a trigger, you can add a branch.
