Workflow branches in Pageport allow you to create conditional paths within a workflow, ensuring that each lead follows the best course of action based on specific criteria. This guide provides an overview of how to use workflow branches to add flexibility and precision to your automation.

To start, login to Pageport and navigate Workflows.

Note: You must add a trigger before you can add a branch.

1. Click the rounded plus below your trigger

2. Select "Branch" from the Action name dropdown

3. Name your logic tree

4. Name your first branch

5. Fill out your criteria under Field, Condition, and Value

You can add multiple criteria for a branch by using + AND or + OR.

6. Click Add branch again to add multiple branches

Repeat the process of naming the branch and specifying your criteria. Make sure to name the branch where leads who meet none of your specified criteria will go.

Click Create to save your changes.

7. Add different actions for each branch
