Updated over a week ago

The video page editor in Pageport gives you full control over the design and content of your video pages, allowing you to create a personalized experience for your leads. In this guide, we'll walk you through the key features of the video page editor and how to use them.

To start, login to Pageport and navigate to Video pages. Then click Edit page to open the video page editor.

Page Layout Editor

The Page layout editor on the left side allows you to add new sections to your page or add new resources within a section. You can also use the Page layout editor to reorder sections or resources.

Adding a new section

1. Under the Page layout editor, click New section.

Click New section

2. Select the new section you want to add.

Add a new section

There are various sections to choose from when adding content to a video page:

  • Calendar

  • Testimonials

  • FAQ

  • Process

  • Rich text

  • Video

  • Links

  • Flip card

  • Image with text

  • Gallery

  • Checklist

  • Linked button

  • PDF

  • Logo

  • Pricing

  • Contact

  • Embed

Adding a new resource

A resource is a subsection - for example, you might have multiple resources under a "Meet the Team" section, each resource introducing a different team member.

To add a new resource, first click the dropdown of the section, then click New resource.

Click on add_circle…

Reordering a section or resource

To move a section/resource to a new location on your video page, click the 6 dots next to the section/resource and drag it to your preferred location.

Click the 6 dots to drag a section or resource to a new location

Section Editor

The Section editor on the right side allows you to edit the content within a section, including headings, text, images, videos, and links. Click on a section or a resource on the preview window to open up the editor. You can also open the editor by clicking the section or resource on the Page layout editor.

For example, you might click into the Header section to edit what video you send to leads.

Click on Header Section…

You can also save a section to your Asset library to add to later video pages. This is helpful when you have sections (like your disclosure, "meet the team," etc.) that you want to quickly add to multiple pages.

Add a section to your Asset library by clicking Save to library at the bottom of the Section editor.

More Video Page Settings

Under More, click Apply to leads to apply changes to existing leads. If you do not select this option, new changes will only be applied to future leads, and old leads will continue receiving the older video page version.

Under More, and Video Page Settings, you can edit the layout density, the preview image of the page, and your header logo.
