The Used By tab will show you all of the documents that are currently using the security rules set.

The Used By tab helps you see which documents will be affected by any changes you make to the security rule that is set. You can find the tab by navigating to Documents> Settings > Security Rule Sets and selecting Edit next to the name of the security setting you would like to work with.

For each document using the security setting, this tab will show you:

  • The name of the document 

  • The folder that the document is stored within

  • The account number that the documents belong to

  • The email address for the account's Account Owner

  • A manage link to access the Manage screen for the document
