More detail on the data types available in Reports.

  • Visit email
     Providing you are capturing email addresses, they will appear in this field. This field will be populated automatically if you are using the reader login or single sign-on security rule. You can also capture an email address using the basic login security rule. The employee login security rule will also populate this field with whatever data you are using to identify your readers.

  • Published visit
     Indicates whether the visit took place while the version was published or unpublished

  • Title
     The title of the interactive module

  • Interaction date/time
     The precise date and time that the reader interacted with the module

  • Visit ID
     PageTiger’s identification number for the record of the reader’s visit

  • Device ID
     PageTiger’s identification number for the record of the device used for the visit

  • IP Address
     The location at which the visit took place

  • User Agent
     A record of the operating system and browser used to view the version

  • Referral URL
     The web address that the reader has come from to access the document. This field will be blank if the user has not used a link from another website to visit the document

  • Visit date/time
     The precise date and time that the reader’s visit began

  • Visit end date/time
     The precise date and time that the reader closed the version

  • Robot visit
     Whether the visit was performed by a human or an automated web program. Almost always, this value is ‘No’

  • Page Number
     The page number on which the interactive module is placed

  • Page title
     The title of the page on which the interactive module is placed
