Dashboard Overview
Updated over a week ago

The account dashboard shows you a summary of analytics across the entire account. It also provides top-level data for visits, identities, folders and tags.

In your account dashboard you can see:

Visits in Last 30 Days

The number of visits that all of your versions have received combined. Hovering over the graph allows you to see at a glance the number of visits on each date. You can also download this data to manipulate it offline.

Recent Visitors and Most Visited

If captured, this will show the identities of readers. It is most likely that these will be email addresses. The Most Visited panel will also show the total number of visits each reader has made. Identities captured with the Employee Login security rule will also appear in these areas.

Folder Summary

Shows all the Folders in the account and the number of documents within that folder. This area is primarily used to aid navigation to the correct version report.

Tagged

Shows the list of tags in the account and how many documents are associated with that tag. This area is primarily used to aid navigation to the correct versions report.

Documents with recent versions

This panel organises the documents within the account by latest versions. This is useful for finding versions that have been created recently. This area is primarily used to aid navigation to the correct versions analytics.
