To create a new security rule, navigate to Documents > Settings > Security Rules and select Add.

Select this option to prevent your document from being listed by search engines like Google, Yahoo, or Bing. 

If this option is not selected, readers would be able to search the web for your document using a search engine.

This option can be found under the 'Details' tab.
