The text entered into the Document Folder Name will form part of the link/URL for your PageTiger document and has to be unique. If it is not being used in your account, it will mean it has been used in another customer account.

Top tip!
Try using a document folder name that is unique to your organisation such as ABCInvestNewStarters (instead of NewStarters).
