When you create a certificate it is possible to add in one or more placeholders.
A placeholder is a field that is populated on a certificate once generated, for example - Full Name or Issue Date.
There are a number of existing placeholders to choose from, which will use system generated data. For example, 'PT Issue Date' will populate with the date that the certificate was issued to the reader.
Existing placeholders:
PT Issue Date
Date certificate was issued/generated in UK date format.
PT Issue Date US
Date certificate was issued/generated in US date format.
PT Issue Day
Day certificate was issued/generated.
PT Issue Month
Month certificate was issued/generated.
PT Issue Month Number
Month number that certificate was issued/generated.
PT Issue Year
Year certificate was issued/generated.
PT Expiry Date
Date certificate will expire in UK date format. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Expiry Date US
Date certificate will expire in US date format. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Expiry Day
Day certificate will expire. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Expiry Month
Month certificate will expire. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Expiry Month Number
Month number that certificate will expire. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Expiry Year
Year certificate will expire. Expiry date can be set in the Badge settings.
PT Reader Email
Email address of the reader that is logged into the document.
PT Reader Name
Name of the reader logged into the document. Generates by picking out the details from the reader email address. For example: joe.bloggs@example.com would generate Joe Bloggs.
Note: please be mindful using this placeholder, as it will have unexpected results for some email addresses, for example jbloggs@example.com will generate 'jbloggs' as the name.
PT Badge Name
The name of the badge in use
PT Badge Description
The description entered for the badge in use
PT Score
The score awarded on the assessment completed by the reader.
PT Highest Possible Score
The highest score possible on the assessment completed by the reader.
