If you are the Account Owner of your account you have permission to make changes such as adding or removing users.
How to add a new user
Log into your account.
Select My Account > Users.
Select 'Add'.
Enter an email address and name for the user.
Select the 'Account Type' (this defines the level of access the new user will have. Click here for more information on account types).
Save.
