How to Add Your Logo & Company Info to Estimates

Make your estimates look professional by adding your logo and business details (like phone number, company name, address) in just a few steps.

Step 1: Go to Company Info

  1. Open PaintForce on desktop (app.paintforce.app) or mobile.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select Company Info.

Step 2: Update Your Business Details

  1. Enter your Company Name.

  2. Add your Business Phone Number.

  3. Fill in your Address.

Step 3: Upload Your Logo

  1. Remove the sample logo.

  2. Click to upload your logo.

  3. Select your image file.

  4. Press Save Changes.

Step 4: View Your Updated Estimate

  1. Open an estimate to see your new logo and company details in action. 🎉

Now your estimates look professional and branded! 🚀
