Understanding the Settings Menus (ADMINS ONLY)

To navigate to the Settings page, navigate to your User Name in the top right hand corner of the screen, then select the drop down arrow next to your User Name, select Settings from the drop down menu.

Once selected you will be redirected to the Settings page. The settings menu helps manage:

  • Companies – This is where you can create/view/edit the details for your Companies such as Company Contact Details, Website URL, ABN, etc. You can also add different Contact Details and view Projects associated with your selected Company.

  • Entity Configuration This is where you can view/edit the main Subscriber's Company details. Most of your entity information is set up during the sign up process.

  • Entity Tools – This is where you can view/edit all the Entity Tools (this is relating to the Measure Tool).

  • Import Data – This is where you can select from a range of Data Type's and bulk upload data via CSV Files (templates can be downloaded from this page).

  • Users – View all Users created within the Company, view/edit their details or update their Roles/Access within PaintProjex.

  • User Groups This is where you can create User Groups which provide a way to compartmentalize and manage different organizational units or divisions within the system, enabling efficient collaboration and administration.
