Navigate to the Library via the Page Navigation Menus on the left, and select Files/Folders to open op up the drop down menu. Here you will see 11 different options:
Tender Document – These documents are used to create your Tender Proposal when pricing a project for the first time.
Quote Proposal – Use these documents to create a Quote Proposal for your clients.
Office Folder – These documents are intended for internal use within your office. They can include Expanded Bill of Quantities, Progress Claims, and more.
Site Folder – These documents are relevant for on-site purposes and can be handed over to individuals working at the project site.
Safety Folder – This section contains documents related to safety measures for the project, such as SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements), Safety Management Plans, and other safety-related materials.
QA Folder – These documents are specifically related to Quality Assurance. They may include instructions on operating certain equipment, defect management procedures, and more.
Variation Quote – Use these documents when creating and documenting variations within a project.
Quote – This document type is used to create a quote based on selected parameters from within the project.
Bill of Quantity – This document type generates a Bill of Quantities based on selected project parameters.
Product Purchasing – In this section, you will find the Purchase Order Summary document used to create and send purchase orders.
Invoice – This section contains the Invoice document used to create project invoices.
Once you select which type of document you want to upload, select which Company you want this document to be associated with (if you only have one Company just select the only one that shows up in the dropdown menu).
Now select CREATE NEW FILES/FOLDERS in the top left.
You will be greeted with a pop-up window. This is where you can name the Templated and either Drag & Drop or Browse for the file you wish to upload. Once you you've named the Template, select Create.
