To edit your User Profile, navigate to your User Name in the top right hand corner of the screen. Next to your User Name, open the drop down menu. From the drop down menu select User Profile.
Welcome to the User Profile page! Here, you can find important information about your profile and manage various aspects of your account. Let's explore the different sections:
Name – This displays your name as registered on the platform.
Joined Date – This shows the date when you joined the platform or created your user account.
Job Title/Position – This indicates your current job title or position within your organization.
Email Address – Your registered email address is displayed here, which serves as your primary contact for account-related communications.
Avatar/Profile – You can personalize your profile by creating an Avatar or uploading a Profile Picture.
Edit Profile – Clicking on this option allows you to update and modify your profile information, such as Name, Contact Details, Position, Department and Default Display Mode. Keep your profile up to date!
Change Password – If you need to update your account password for security reasons or personal preference, you can do so by accessing this section.
Time – This section provides details about your current session time, indicating how long you have been logged into the system. It also shows your total accumulated time across all sessions.
Companies – Here, you'll find a list of the companies you are associated with on the platform.
Your Projects – This section displays a brief list of your most recent projects you have worked on with the amount of hours you've spent on them.
Previous Session Details – If you have recently logged out or had an interrupted session, this section may display information about your previous session, such as the date and time of your last login.
The User Profile page offers valuable insights into your account details, project involvement, and user-specific information.
