Navigate to the Settings page via to your User Name in the top right hand corner of the screen, then select the drop down arrow next to your User Name, select Settings from the drop down menu.
Once you’ve opened the Settings page, select Entity Configuration from the options on the left.
On the Entity Configuration page, you will see the current information associated with your Entity. This may include the business name, address, contact details, and other relevant information. Take a moment to review the existing details.
Update any fields that need to be changed, ensure that the changes are accurate and reflect the updated entity details as if there is incorrect data it can affect your quotes. Once you are happy with the changes you have made hit the Save Entity button in the bottom left hand side of the screen.

If the entity configuration updates impact other users, it is important to communicate these changes to them. This ensures everyone is aware of the updated entity information and can adapt their processes accordingly.
