Deactivate/Reactivate a User Group

To navigate to the Settings page, navigate to your User Name in the top right hand corner of the screen, then select the drop down arrow next to your User Name, select Settings from the drop down menu.

Once you’ve opened the Settings page, select User Groups from the options on the left.

From here you want to select the User Group you want to deactivate. A popup window will appear with all the User Groups details, in the bottom left hand corner of the popup you will see an Active button, select that to deactivate the selected User Group and then hit the Update button. The User Group is now deactivated.

If you wish to reactivate a User Group, from the User Groups Library select the SHOW INACTIVE button on the right hand side of the screen. Now you will see any deactivated User Groups in a light grey text. Select the User Group you wish to reactivate, and select the Inactive button in the bottom left hand corner of the popup window and hit the Update Button. Now the selected User Group will be Active and selectable again.
